Mereworth Motors was established in 1976 and has been in the same ownership since 1992. Our core values have always been:

Since the early 1990s we have grown, adapted and changed to new technology and the changing market and have always kept the Customer at the centre of everything we do.

Whilst technical expertise and mechanical skills are crucial, the importance of Good Customer Service often gets overlooked - Not at Mereworth Motors. Our Customers can be confident that they receive clear and honest communication about repairs, costs and timelines.

Since expanding into our new premises in 2021 we have had a real opportunity to develop the business further, and to grow the team to the point where our customer service can really shine. We now have a team of 8 people working full-time, including a collection and delivery driver, to service our ever-growing customer base. We run a fleet of eleven collection and delivery vehicles, as well as two loan cars. Our continuous investment in staff and equipment, plus our genuinely caring team puts us in a good position to provide great Customer Service.
